Terms and Conditions for “Beyond The Paw” – Dog Training Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in any dog training services provided by “Beyond The Paw.” By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Offered:

“Beyond The Paw” offers professional dog training services, including but not limited to obedience training, puppy training, group classes, and private sessions.

Client Responsibilities:

2.1. Dog Vaccinations: As a client, you are responsible for ensuring that your dog(s) are up to date with all necessary vaccinations and are in good health. Dogs must be vaccinated in compliance with UK regulations to participate in our training sessions or events.

2.2. Dog Insurance: “Beyond The Paw” strongly advises all clients to have appropriate and valid pet insurance that covers their dog(s) for injuries, accidents, or other incidents during training sessions or events.

2.3. Dog Health and Behavior Disclosure: You are required to disclose any known health issues, behavioral concerns, or aggressive tendencies of your dog(s) before the start of any training session. This information will help us tailor our training approach and ensure the safety of all participants.

2.4. Dog Leash and Collar/Harness: For the safety of all participants, dogs must be leashed and under your control during training sessions, unless otherwise instructed by our trainers.

Payment and Cancellation:

3.1. Payment: Payment for training sessions must be made in accordance with our pricing and payment policies, which will be provided to you upon booking. We accept various forms of payment, such as cash, credit cards, or electronic bank transfers.

3.2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees.

Liability and Indemnity:

4.1. Waiver of Liability: While “Beyond The Paw” takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and positive training environment, you acknowledge that participating in dog training involves inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of our training sessions or events.

4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold “Beyond The Paw,” its trainers, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your dog’s participation in our training services.

Dangerous Dogs Act

: 5.1. Banned Breeds: For compliance with the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and related legislation, “Beyond The Paw” reserves the right to refuse training services to dogs belonging to breeds prohibited under the act.

5.2. Aggressive Behavior: If a dog displays aggressive behavior during a training session, our trainers reserve the right to terminate the session to ensure the safety of all participants.

Photographs and Media:

By engaging our dog training services, you grant “Beyond The Paw” the right to use photographs or videos of your dog(s) for promotional purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you have concerns regarding the use of these images, please refer to our Image Removal Request process.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: “Beyond The Paw” reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using our dog training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
